Summary: Aecho has built a proprietary Human Insights Engine that analyzes voice patterns to reveal personality traits, integrity markers, and signals of mental well-being. Led by a team with 25+ years in voice and AI development, and backed by advisors across recruiting, mental health, and enterprise technology, we are deploying language-agnostic acoustic analysis for high-stakes applications in hiring, security, and well-being monitoring.

Aecho (pronounced "eh-kow") has built a Human Insights Engine: a proprietary acoustic analysis platform that reveals what traditional, text-only AI misses. Aecho's tonal analysis technology reveals hidden insights in speech to provide personality, emotion, well-being profiles.

Aecho's foundational models allow us to very rapidly architect and produce new traits based on our existing system of 180+ psychological traits.

Mission: Bridging the gap between machines and humans by understanding the human. Aecho aims to provide real, impactful and valuable insights across different market verticals, starting with recruiting & HR.

Summary: Q4 2025 established Aecho's market presence through the Global Family Office Investment Summit (GFOIS) in Miami (150+ family offices), validated technology accuracy (81% deepfake detection, 82% depression screening), secured six active clients and six partnerships, and generated substantial media coverage, including features in Conglomerate Magazine, Washington Examiner, and multiple podcast appearances.

Q4 was about external validation: putting the technology in front of customers, partners, and investors, and proving that it works in the "wild", in real-life usage outside the lab, deployments, or market environment.

Over the last quarter, Aecho expanded its validation pipeline while continuing an aggressive go-to-market rollout. The focus remained on high-stakes, independently verifiable scenarios that highlight Aecho's core advantage: language-independent acoustic models that expose behavioral and integrity signals that traditional interviews and text-only AI platforms lack.

Highlighted Case Studies

Case 1: Proof of Personality and Soft Skill Assessments in the Hiring Process
Aecho in several assessments was able to predict the best candidate for the job by including soft skill assessments. In one evaluation conducted with four finalists for a Director role for Travel & Benefits Aecho's system ranked the candidate who was ultimately hired as the strongest fit, supported by indicators of leadership, communication, and stability. More importantly, Aecho flagged a "perfect on paper" finalist as an impostor profile with elevated deceit and misalignment signals—a risk that was later confirmed through human behavioral interviews.

This continues a pattern we have seen repeatedly: Aecho identifies soft skill and integrity discrepancies before they become evident to hiring managers.
Case 2: Measuring Deceit Through Voice Correctly
Our integrity model analyzed Alex Jones' contradictory public statements. His "Crisis Actor" claim registered 53% deceit markers, while his admission under oath during the Sandy Hook deposition showed only 6% deceit.

The acoustic shift was unambiguous and aligned directly with the eventual legal outcome. This is another indicator that reinforces Aecho's ability to distinguish between rehearsed rhetoric and authentic testimony—a critical capability for investigations, fraud detection, and compliance. 4. Product Offerings

Summary: Aecho's primary offering is in Recruiting & HR, where we uniquely combine personality insights to really look beyond the resume to give recruiters and companies a holistic evaluation on candidates. This is powered by the same human insights engine that is capable of generating over 180+ traits from as little as 40 seconds of human speech in any language.

Other areas where we're actively expanding on are health and well-being, where our initial studies have shown a 82% accuracy when predicting depression on a binary scale, voice identity, where we're able to predict both human impostors and deepfake audios with 81% accuracy.

Additionally, we open up our services through our API which allows for other parties to integrate Aecho's offerings into their own solutions.
